CNC Data & Material Reports

To streamline production, we export complete NC/NC1 files for automated machines. We also generate precise BOMs and bolt lists to help you control costs and purchasing.

We carefully analyze your architectural and structural drawings. In this phase, we verify compliance with the required standards (Eurocode, BS, etc.) and precisely set up the Tekla Structures environment tailored to your specific workshop preferences.
Our detailing team builds a highly precise 3D BIM model of your structure. Every single element—including plates, bolts, welds, and complex connections—is modeled exactly as it will be fabricated and erected on-site.
Before generating any drawings, we run rigorous internal clash detection within the model. If we identify any discrepancies or missing data in the original engineering inputs, we promptly issue clear RFIs (Requests for Information) to resolve issues before fabrication begins.
Once the model is approved, we extract the final deliverables. You receive clear, fabrication-ready shop drawings, comprehensive erection plans, exact Bill of Materials (BOM), and NC1 data ready for your CNC machines.
